You need a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) for booking and traveling. For online booking, you'll enter your CNIC number. Foreign nationals need a valid passport.

Tickets can be booked up to 30 days in advance for most trains. For popular routes like Karachi-Lahore during holidays, it's recommended to book as early as possible.

Yes! Students get 50% discount (with valid ID), senior citizens (60+) get 25% discount, children under 3 travel free (no seat), and children 3-12 get 50% discount.

Unreserved tickets are for economy class only. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. For guaranteed seats, book reserved class tickets.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable if you miss your train. However, you may be able to use the same ticket on the next available train of the same route within 24 hours (subject to availability and approval).

Our tracking uses official Pakistan Railways GPS data, updated every 30 seconds to 1 minute. Location accuracy is within 100-500 meters depending on signal conditions.

Trains may not appear if: 1) They haven't departed yet, 2) GPS equipment is offline, 3) The train isn't running that day. Check the schedule to confirm operation.
