The announcement boards showed scheduled times, but every commuter knew those times were often just wishful thinking.
In Pakistan, train travel is more than just transportation – it's the lifeline of the nation. From the bustling metropolis of Karachi to the historic city of Peshawar, from the fertile plains of Punjab to the rugged mountains of Balochistan, the railway connects communities, families, and dreams. Yet despite its importance, reliable real-time information has always been hard to come by.
Disconnected schedules, lack of live updates, and confusion about delays made travel planning stressful. Families would wait for hours at stations, not knowing if their loved ones' train was running late. Students would miss examinations because they couldn't get accurate departure times. Business travelers would lose crucial meetings because of unexpected delays announced only upon arrival at the platform.
We believed there had to be a better way.
In 2023, a small team of passionate software developers and railway enthusiasts came together with a shared vision: to create a platform that wasn't just a clinical data tracker, but a comprehensive travel companion.
